Inject The Lobster Tail Burger Directly Into My Veins
Ok, I guess it would be irresponsible to actually inject that lobster tail burger into my veins. I mean logistically it doesn’t make any sense. How would I even get it to a consistency that could be properly injected into a vein? And then what? How could having a liquified lobster tail burger in my veins possibly be good for me? Health hazard doesn’t even begin to describe it. So I retract my previous statement of wanting that injected into my veins. Instead, I’ll settle for just eating it. Because it looks fucking delicious. I think I actually would order it sans cheese. Lobster has way too good of a flavor to mask it with cheese. I’m sure they know what they’re doing with regards to the cheese, but I don’t know, we’re talking lobster tail here. One of the best foods in the world, which is weird because lobsters are bottom feeders. They are the raccoons of the sea. But boy is it good dipped in warm melted butter. When I was at MGM National Harbor over the weekend, I went to FISH by Jose Andres and just went full send, getting the lobster seafood boil.
My god, the butter. The broth of melted butter, the shrimp, the huge clams and muscles, all of it. Just so good.
But I digress. Lobster tails as a burger bun?
